It's a new year.
There is so much I would like to accomplish!
My mind seems to race against time for the things I wish to see manifest in my life.
I am ready to plan, prep, and go after all those things I wish to have!
Oh wait, didn't I try this before?
Did I not take steps towards what I wanted?
Then, when I got what I wanted, those things turned out to be something I didn't really need.
Time and efforts..wasted.
This year, I plan to do things differently!
Because I no longer look forward to arriving at a place of defeat.
This year, every step I take will be aligned in my Creator's divine will!
I am only following His voice and trusting His paths.
I know His plans are for me.
All His plans are working for my good!
This is the year that will catapult me into greater.
I am choosing Him and He is choosing me.
This is the year!
If you are still reading this post, I believe you may be someone who may want to do things differently too.
You may want to see things happen differently in your life, marriage, health, finances, etc.
Friend, if you want to do this, I encourage you to trust your Creator, God.
He loves you so much and can do infinitely more than you can ask, think, or imagine!
May this post be encouragement for you that it is never too late to have faith in God.
May this be encouragement that you are not alone.
I am with you!
Join in with me for a simple prayer as an invitation to start anew this year trusting completely in God:
Heavenly Father, thank you for this moment.
Thank you for this year! God, I choose to surrender all things to you, including all plans I may have made without you. I ask for forgiveness . Lord, help me this year to stay on your paths. God, you have good plans for me. May every step I take be aligned to your purpose and will in Jesus name, Amen!
