I had given up.
I had tried multiple times and the same outcome kept coming.
Have you ever tried everything and ran out of options?
Well, I had found myself in frustration because I made a purchase online. Recently, I was blessed with a new car and I really wanted to get a front tag. You know those cute little sayings you can put in front of your car So, I did what any girl would do. I went on Amazon.
After about 20 minutes, I found myself satisfied with a chic looking tag. I must have scrolled through hundreds of options. Then, I put in my card information and placed my order eagerly waiting for my new front tag.
I waited. I waited. I waited.
After waiting for so long, weeks turned into months. You read that right, months.
In time I decided to cancel the order. I didn’t receive a refund. I reached out to support. I sent emails, but nothing happened. I had given up because I felt like I did everything that I possibly could do in order to get my refund. I also decided to purchase a car tag at a local Christian shop. 🙂
Here it is nearly one year later. I have been praying to God in the area of finances. I have been asking God if he could somehow give me wisdom to be able to steward well over the things He gives me. I have been reading and affirming biblical scriptures that are aligned with finances. As I begin to start speaking those verses out loud, my confidence begins to grow with a belief that God is helping me in the area of finances.
One day I came home from work to discover something. I found the notification that I would be receiving the refund. The refund for the car tag! Praise the Lord!
Sharing My Story For You
I understand that this may not be much to you. But for me, it is a testimony of God‘s faithfulness. In those moments and times when we feel like God’s done, God is still listening and hearing. God is still working behind the scenes for His children.
If you are reading this post, I share my testimony as encouragement. I want you to know that there is no prayer too big or too small to take to God! God loves to hear from you. He knows that if you are faithful to Him and be consistent in His word, He will take care of you and make a way when you least expect it!
Verse of the Day
Isaiah 45:15, "Truly, O God of Israel, our Savior, you work in mysterious ways."
