WE SHARE TO EMPOWER: KEENYA KELLY

Our ministry enjoys highlighting empowering women who are kingdom enhancers in their respected businesses, careers or ministries.

For this month's Empowering Woman, we would like to present to you, Keenya Kelly.

Keenya, what is the name or title of your business, career, or ministry?

Keenya Kelly - Viral TikTok Strategist

What services do you offer? What is the mission for your business or ministry?

We teach female coaches and course creators how to use the TikTok platform to generate leads and increase sales without paid ads.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A computer programmer until I did job shadowing and almost fell asleep.

What has the journey looked like for you as a woman in faith?

I've been a christian since I was a child but wasn't always faithful nor did I have a real relationship with God or Jesus until around 2007. I got filled with the holy-spirit and started a journey asking God all the questions I've had since I was a child. He started talking to me in various ways answering all of my questions and then I started to experience him as a father, friend and all the things we need in this life.

Who is one person that inspires you and why?

I LOVE Oprah. She did not have the greatest childhood nor the best cards dealt to her in her industry, but she exceeded her own expectations and has defeat all odds and taken so many others with her.

When life gets hard, what is one scripture that helps you to not give up and why?

God never fails. That lets me know that no matter what is going on, I can rely on him to carry me.

What is one thing you have learned in your business, career, or ministry that was tough while learning that is now valuable to you?

Major thing is talking to God about everything. I went through a divorce 7 years ago and didn't seek him before entering into the relationship or before getting married, although I was getting a lot of warnings. It ended in divorce 8 months later due to infidelity and I now know that he was warning me all along I just wasn't taking the time to seek him to understand what he was trying to tell me. So now I seek him in all things.

Keenya, may you share one spiritual discipline you practice and how does this practice benefit you?

I wake up at 530am for prayer, journaling and each morning I write out all of my feelings from the previous day and the current day, write a list of questions for questions and then I pray. I talk to him as if he's sitting in front of me and we have a conversation about everything I wrote down and I start asking him questions and I listen for him to talk back to me.

Can you recall a time where God spoke to you clearly? How was that experience for you?

God told me 3 years ago to learn how to use TikTok for my business. It made no sense to me because no one was talking about Tiktok, but 3 years later we have made over $1,000,000 as a result. I listen intentionally to everything.

Lastly, our ministry exists to help women grow stronger through faith and transparency. What is one thing you would like to share with another woman to 'Keep The Faith"?

I would tell another woman thats it VERY important that she has a very close personal relationship with Jesus. Not one that is from what her pastor teaches, but from one she experiences everyday at home.

Where can people connect with you, your business, or ministry?
