We empower women and youth through The Word of God using online resources, speaking events, and outreach projects.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A fashion designer and performer
What has the journey looked like for you as a woman in faith?
Many years of ups and downs, but consistent faith throughout it all.
Who is one person that inspires you and why?
The Person that inspires me the most is Jesus, through his unwavering love and his Holy Bible. That's where I get most inspired.
When life gets hard, what is one scripture that helps you to not give up and why?
Daughter Your faith has made you whole go in peace and be healed of your affliction. Mark 5:34... I didn't grow up Christian, so once I got saved, I was introduced to the scripture. It was the only scripture I knew and when life would get hard, I would repeat it to myself. Not realizing I would create an entire ministry of that one scripture.
What is one thing you have learned in your business, career, or ministry that was tough while learning that is now valuable to you?
What if I gave up I would never know how great it could be. God gave me that word early on when I just embarked on ministry. I had no money, I had failed out of college and I was back living in my high school bedroom. I was upset with my life and I was depressed.
This word from God gave me the push I needed to keep going for the next 3 years in faith that He would birth a ministry out of me.
Morgan, may you share one spiritual discipline you practice and how does this practice benefit you?
Prayer journaling. This has helped me deal with anger issues, and heal. Growing up I was really bad, with a lot of fights and a lot of suspensions from school. Prayer journaling helped me deal with anger and emotions I had never faced until my adult years.
Can you recall a time where God spoke to you clearly? How was that experience for you?
Yes, this has happened on 3 occasions in my whole life. An audible voice. The first time I ever heard the voice it scared me. I wasn't saved yet, and I was in my car driving to school. I was a senior in high school when I heard from my alone, quiet car, someone says my name. iT scared me.
I felt weird especially since I was in the car by myself. I checked my phone. Then proceeded to just play music. Years when I would hear it again, after being saved, I knew it was God. Personally, I don't hear God audible even once a year. I hear from God within myself often, dream, vision, and words of knowledge.
Lastly, our ministry exists to help women grow stronger through faith and transparency. What is one thing you would like to share with another woman to 'Keep The Faith"?
I'd encourage her to be easy on herself, and don't try to be the perfect Christian girl. That can be exhausting. But I'd encourage her to just focus on Loving God and Loving His People. In return, she will receive so many more beautiful things in her life.
Where can people connect with you, your business, or ministry?
