בשנת 2018, המייסדת, Breonna 'BG' Gildon כתבה תפילה פשוטה לאלוהים שישתמש בעדותה כדי להעצים נשים. זמן קצר לאחר מכן, ברונה החלה לחלוק את עדותה דרך Empower Her Blog ובו זמנית עודדה אחרים לעשות את אותו הדבר, לשתף כדי להעצים עלהעצים את הבלוג שלה.בשנת 2021, החזון התרחב כאשר הבלוג הפך למשרד עם Empower Her Ministries, LLC. מאז, משרד זה העניק לשבט הנאמן שלו חבורות דבש באמצעות מתנות, מפגשי לימוד שבועיים ועוד.
