By completing the registration for the Empower Her Scholarship Pageant, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee:

The registration fee for the Empower Her Scholarship Pageant is non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to participate for any reason.

2. No Guarantee of Winning:

Participation in the pageant does not guarantee any awards, scholarships, or titles. The winner will be selected based on criteria determined by the event organizers and judges. All decisions made by the judges are final and binding.

3. Waiver of Liability:

Participants agree to hold harmless Empower Her Ministries, event organizers, judges, sponsors, and volunteers from any liabilities, injuries, or damages that may occur during or in connection with the event.

4. Confidentiality:

Participants agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the event, including judging criteria, winner selection process, or any other proprietary information pertaining to the pageant. This confidentiality extends before, during, and after the event.

5. Publicity Release:

By entering the pageant, participants grant Empower Her Ministries the right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness in promotional materials and media without additional compensation.

6. Changes or Cancellations:

The organizers reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel the event at their discretion. In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, the non-refundable fee may be applied to a rescheduled event at the discretion of the organizers.

7. Rules and Conduct:

Participants agree to comply with all event rules and regulations and conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
