If I were to ask you to rate yourself on a scale from one ten, how important do you think you are to others?

How would you rate yourself?

On the other hand, if I were to ask you to rate yourself on a scale from one to ten, how important do you think you are to God?

What would be your numerical rating?

Sometimes it is not always easy to determine how important you are to someone unless they tell you.

Now, I cannot tell you how important you are to others.

However, I can tell you how important you are to the Creator of the entire universe, God!

Luke 12:24 NLT states, “Look at the ravens. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds!”

Take a moment and pause.

Think about all the kinds of birds they are in this world.

Every day these creatures move about without wondering what or how their needs will be met.

They merely know something or someone will take care of them.

They don't express much, just expect something or someone cares for them so deeply.

All they have to do is move forward free towards what they expect and they will soon have it available for them and their family.

When the pressures of life are present, how easy is it for you to move freely with a mindset of a bird?

Is it hard to imagine being of importance to anyone, even God?

No matter who you are, where you have been, what you have done, the love God has for you is so unconditional!

God is always taking care of you.

In fact, there is nothing you can do to separate from His love!

Today, I would like to introduce or reintroduce you to God’s unconditional love.

In the above Luke verse, Jesus is sharing with his disciples to simply not worry about the things of this world, such as what food to eat or clothes to wear.

For God cares and He always provides for His children.

In later verses, Jesus expresses this is similar to lilies that grow beautifully.

If God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you.

Finally, Jesus concludes "Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and he will give you everything you need.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭12‬:‭27‬-‭28‬, ‭30‬-‭31‬ ‭NLT‬‬

This is still true today, friend!

If you are seeking God above all, He will take care of you.

No matter the circumstance!

Move forward in faith believing the same God who provides for birds and flowers is the same God who cares as you read this.

God loves to go above and beyond for all of His creations, including you!
