Here recently, I’ve been including plant-based meals into my diet and discovered this tasty pancake/waffle recipe.
I was so excited to use my mini waffle maker my sister, Shana, gifted me with after a trip to Walmart😆
This simple recipe can be great for anyone…LIKE ME…who is just starting off on a Vegan lifestyle!

Ingredients ✨
2 Cups of Your Favorite Pancake Mix *Best w/Bisquick*
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries
3 Chopped Strawberries
Olive Oil (Country Crock Plant Butter w/Olive Oil is bomb.com🙌🏾)
Step 1 ✨
Preheat skillet.
Step 2 ✨
While your skillet gets hot, mix pancake mix, almond milk, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well blended.
Step 3 ✨
Grease preheated skillet with your preferred olive oil. Pour mix on to skillet. Then, add a few blueberries on top of mix. Wait about 2-3 minutes and flip pancake. Then, allow the pancake cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then, plate and serve hot.
*Top your pancakes with strawberries 🍓, blueberries 🫐 , it both drizzling your favorite maple syrup on top* YUM!
