A Shocking Diagnosis:

God is sooooo good and I thank him for always having his hand on me even when I don’t deserve it. I have so many stories but I will share my 2021 Story.

So….. 2021 at 38 I had a heart attack no health issues just a full blown heart attack!!!!!

While brushing my teeth.

I set in the waiting room for five hours before they told me I was having a heart attack. I was ready to leave and go home and sleep it off. They said to me Miss Shepherd, please do not go home, give us time.

But at that point in my life, I was very impatient.

This is something God has been working only for a long time. So when they finally took me back to a room, they told me I was having a heart attack.I was in shock and pain, but I knew everything was going to be OK. They tried to give me morphine for pain. I told them give me Tylenol turn the lights out close the door and leave me alone

I feel good. I have my days but everything is going well.

I have learned to listen to my body and be still.

Sharing My Story For You

As women we have a tendency to put our health off to take care of others and things but I no longer do that. Also I just always talk to God not asking for anything but just talk to him because he wants to hear from us.

Also, Therapy is needed. I got a therapist to help me understand my morning process and my survivors' guilt.
